Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

First Keys is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards across the site, including for our navigation, forms, calculators, and interactive homebuying roadmap.

What we've built in

• Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure throughout the site.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, accordions, forms, and the interactive roadmap.
• Visible focus states on every interactive element.
• Labeled form fields with clear error messaging.
• Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images once photography is added.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. We periodically review the site and welcome feedback on anything that isn't working well with assistive technology.
